Bank of Maldives (BML) on Sunday, unveiled a brand new customer service centre at capital city Malé Square.
The customer service centre was inaugurated by BML CEO and Managing Director Andrew Healy. The centre also features four ATMs which will provide customers with facilities to make deposits, withdrawals and transfers 24 hours a day.
Services provided at the new centre include the collection of credit and debit cards, cheque books and statements as well as the setting up of BML’s internet and mobile banking facilities. The new centre will also be open for extended hours, from 08:30am to 05:00pm Sunday to Thursday.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, CEO Healy commented on the new centre highlighting its modern set-up and extended open hours in order to meet the high service expectations of its growing customer base.
With a nationwide network of 34 branches across all 20 atolls, 29 Self Service Banking Centres, 88 ATMs, 4,000 Point of Sale merchants, 205 agents and a full suite of Digital Banking services, Bank of Maldives is committed to supporting individuals, businesses and communities across Maldives.
