"Court regulations dictate a period of seven days for Criminal Court to handover case documents to High Court. We filed the appeal on September 10, while the court documents which is Criminal Court's responsibility was presented to High Court after 9 days. We haven't been informed of the reason for this delay and would like to note they do not adhere the conditions cited under regulations" Hisan criticized Criminal Court's conduct regarding Qasim Ibrahim's appeal case.
