Veliga Hardware has introduced Germany's top-tier power tools brand Metabo in Maldivian market on Tuesday.
The director of the company, Zaid Mohamed who launched the product in the Maldivian market emphasized the priority set by the company in delivering state of the art and trustworthy products for customers when he said that Veliga aims to provide the latest technology in construction or heavy duty hardware.
He also added the launch of Metabo power tools is a stark evidence of the company's vision in promoting benchmark products.
Veliga Hardware is the authorized distributor of Metabo products and the company's director assured a new set of products will be launched next year as well.
"Metabo is a unique and innovative product line. The best feature about these products is the cordless battery," he said.
General Manager to Asia and Middle-East market for Metabo, Marshall Sr. highlighted the assembly line and manufacturing of the company's products, stating the tools and products are built specifically at the German company's main house of production.
He also thanked Veliga Hardware for the trade arrangement stating it was a pleasure to work with the hardware venture.
The tools range from metal, wood to stone or construction specific products.
Key features of Metabo products
* Metabo M-technology battery: a specially designed power supply unit with a built in air coolant system making the battery durable and strong as well as the charging time. In addition to this the coolant system facilitates for 67% more power compared to conventional brands and an 87% lasting power. The battery is also 100% durable in comparison to other competing products.
S-Automatic Safety Clip: prevents the counter clockwise or sudden loss of tool balance thus preventing any damages laborers or workers may sustain at work sites.
Marshall also claimed the table saw, drillers and grinders are designed to prevent the form or release of soot and dust.
Veliga Hardware assured a one year warranty and a three year warranty on tools and battery respectively.
Germany's homegrown Metabo staffs more than1800 employees while last fiscal year's turnover was placed at $ 500 million.
