Maldives Police Service has confirmed that they recovered the deceased body of an expatriate with bruises in several places on at Hulhumale' on Thursday.
Police media official confirms the expatriate was found dead near the Damas work site at Hulhumale' and was pronounced dead before his body was taken to Hulhumale' Hospital.
In addition to this, police had stated they received the report around 08:20hrs on Thursday morning. The deceased has been identified as a Bangladesh national.
Reports claim the departed expatriate had received concussion to his head with several bruising - however details of it has yet to be validated.
