Dhiraagu generates MVR 210 mil in Q3 profits

Dhiraagu takes on tomorrow brilliantly as the company registered a Q3 (quarter 3) profit of MVR 210 million in 2017.

The company's financial report confirms Dhiraagu garnered a revenue of MVR 626 million in Q2 with a net profit of MVR 209 million while the telecom giant had mustered an income of MVR 651 million in Q3, confirming growth and rise in profits.

Shares had a face value of MVR 2.77 in Q3 while the Q2 rates were at MVR 2.75 per share.

The Maldivian telecom giant had increased productivity and service range throughout the year and had made market breakthroughs, creating wider outreach. The company's tie up with Yonder Music had favored in garnering a younger customer base while they had improved "Dhiraagu TV" substantially.

Dhiraagu had also increased their Fiber-To-Home (FTTH) service in various islands during Q3.
