Their latest initiative, the 'E'vee Campaign' focuses on educating the company's customers of the myriad of new services or features under their various digital services or platforms.
The company's Chief Executive Officer Najib Khan highlighted how 'E'vee Campaign' will allow to impart knowledge or information to its customer base on how the technological innovation has been incorporated to their services and how it will assist the customers.
Under their 'E'vee Campaign' Ooredoo Maldives is promoting their MyOoredoo application through which customers can manage their SIM-card as well as update, edit and place add-ons to their accounts.
Through the said platform customers are introduced to 'MageyPlan' under which Ooredoo carriers can customize their data plans, increase services through various add-ons and place fixed budgets for their mobile data packages.
Other services under their digital platforms include Ooredoo Next; an artificial intelligence and machine learning real-time API platform through which mobile customers can extract information on the telecom provider through popular social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.
Another prominent service from Ooredoo includes their m-Faisaa; their very own digital wallet service for customers through which they can make payments, transactions and even transfer money from one account to the other.
