Elections Commission (EC) has revealed that the re-registration period for the upcoming parliamentary elections has been extended until 10pm of Saturday night.
While the initial deadline was until Saturday evening, 8500 re-registration forms have been submitted thus far, revealed EC.
The same voters list used for the 2018 presidential election was published by the EC for the parliamentary election. Those who re-registered for the presidential election would not have to re-register of there are no changes from their previous re-registration.
The parliamentary election is slated for April 6th.
