The Kids Football Fiesta organized as part of World Tourism Day celebrations has kicked off.
Legendary Spanish footballer Míchel Salgado is taking part in the event as an honorary guest on the special invitation of Tourism Minister Ali Waheed.
27 schools in the Male' area are taking part in the event. The one-day fiesta is being held at the Henveiru football grounds, with the final match scheduled to kick off at 4.30 pm.
The best player of the tournament will be awarded the opportunity to train at the Spanish Soccer School in Dubai.
