Pres meets Hulhudheli Island Councillors

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih arrived in Hulhudheli Island of South Nilandhe Atoll Wednesday on his visit to the Atoll.

The residents of Hulhudheli presented a warm welcome to the President. Upon his arrival at Hulhudheli, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih met with the island community and spoke to the residents.

President Solih met with the island's council members and senior institutional representatives from the island. During the trip, the President Solih also met with the South Nilandhe Atoll Council and Councillors and senior institutional representatives from Kudahuvadhoo Island.

With a population of 900 people, Hulhudheli is specialized in fishing. President Solih revealed that he has requested MIFCO to provide them with easier means to weigh the caught fish.
