STELCO has opened up a 'Priority Counter' to service the disabled, important islanders, and women with children.
Opened under the company's efforts to improve its services, the ceremony was officiated by Hinnavaru MP Jeehan Mahmood on Wednesday.
About STELCO's newly initiated servicing campaign, MD Ahmed Mughnee stated that while the business is expanding customers must be properly serviced. He further stated that it is their target to convert the company to an exemplary model of perfected service.
"We have initiated training programs this week to improve our services. The Priority Counter opened today was established for the convenience of the disabled, important islanders, and women with children", Mughnee said.
STELCO also released a special book on Wednesday containing extensive information about the company, including information about the engines operating in the country.
