Civil Court has ordered Ten Forty Tech Maldives Private Limited to pay MVR 1.4 million to the state as tax.
A statement published by Maldives Inland Revenue (MIRA) stated that Ten Forty Tech Maldives Private Limited has been ordered to pay MVR 1,404,154 due to their failure to make GST payments on time.
The statement said that MIRA had requested Ten Forty Tech Maldives Private Limited to pay the fine and GST on several occasions, however the company failed to make the payments.
The Civil Court ruling orders the company to pay the GST amount as well as all fines incurred in seven months.
