Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has made the decision to look into a disciplinary issue involving Hulhumale' Magistrate Ajmad Abdul-Ghanee.
JSC stated they came to the decision at a commission meeting held Wednesday. However, they did not reveal further details on the issue being investigated.
Recently, the commission has been looking into several cases of disciplinary issues regarding magistrates and judges. Furthermore, action was taken against them through parliamentary measures.
The judges in question include those form the Supreme Court, and Criminal Court as well.
