President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Wednesday sent well wishes to the Emir of Kuwait following the ascension of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as the Emir of Kuwait.
In his message to the Emir, President Solih sent his sincere well wishes to Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad following his ascension as the Emir of Kuwait. He also reiterated condolences to the Emir, the Al-Sabah Family, and to the Government and people of Kuwait, upon the passing of the late Emir, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The president described him as a true leader and visionary whose legacy will endure for years to come.
The president further said he was confident that Kuwait will continue to prosper, and that the excellent relations between Maldives and Kuwait will strengthen under Emir Sheikh Nawaf’s capable leadership.
