Maldives records 21 positive cases, recoveries cross 13,000

The Maldives recorded 21 positive cases of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours. The country’s tally is now at 13,558.

The Health Protection Agency (HPA) said out of the 2,562 tests conducted during the period, twelve positive cases were identified in the Greater Male’ Region. The remaining nine cases were registered in the atolls.

The Maldives has recorded 13,011 recoveries and 48 deaths until now. 492 cases are active across Maldives and 37 people are currently hospitalized.
