The Maldives recorded 44 positive cases of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours. The country’s tally is now at 14,109.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) said out of the 3,277 samples tested during the period, 24 positive cases were identified in the Greater Male’ Region. The remaining 20 cases were registered in the atolls.
The Maldives has recorded 13,336 recoveries and 49 deaths until now. 717 cases are active across Maldives and 52 people are currently hospitalized.
