COVID-19: Maldives logs 376 positive cases

The Maldives Tuesday logged a record number of COVID-19 cases.

According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), 376 cases were identified on Tuesday, out of which 105 cases were from the Greater Male' Region. 189 cases were identified in the atolls, and 6 cases were from resorts. 70 people tested positive from industrial islands.

This bring the country's tally to 28,588.

The Maldives' toll is at 71 and 4,009 cases are active at this time. 126 people are hospitalized and receiving treatment.
