Qatar Airways will be increasing flight frequency to the Maldives.
The majority of tourists who travel to the Maldives arrive via Qatar Airways, and it was the first airline to resume flight operations to the Maldives after the country reopened its borders to tourists last year. Currently, three daily flights are operated to the Maldives.
According to the airline, the frequency of daily flights will be increased to four flights from July 1st onward. Qatar Airways has established SkyTracks's Five-Star COVID-19 standards in its flights.
According to the Tourism Ministry, 28 airlines currently operate to the Maldives, including nine charter flights.
