The Economic Ministry has announced that businesses can now provide delivery services 24 hours a day.
The ministry on Thursday said shops and food outlets in the Greater Male' Region may provide in-store and dine-in services from 04:00 am until 08:00 pm. However, delivery services may be provided around the clock, said the ministry. Any permit issued by Maldives Police Services to business establishments may be used to provide delivery services.
Additionally, the 'Gov/Company' permits issued by the police may be used to complete essential tasks during curfew hours. Those who do not possess the 'Gov/Company' permit may seek a 'Miscelleneous' permit from the Police Portal, said the ministry.
