National carrier Maldivian will be resuming operation between HDh. Hanimaadhoo International Airport and India's Trivandrum.
According to the airline, scheduled flights for the route will begin on May 8. Tickets are available for USD 310 for a round trip.
Bookings can be made via Maldivian's website and mobile application.
Residents of the northern islands have been requesting the government to resume flight operations between Hanimaadhoo and Trivandrum. The arrangement would bring ease to the people who reside in the area, they said.
