A dead body was discovered in a guest house in K. Guraidhoo on Saturday.
Maldives Police Service said the body of a British tourist aged 57 was found in a guest room. Police said the guest house reported a foul stench coming from the room and that a man's decomposing body was discovered upon checking the room.
The police are further investigating the case.
