Changes have been brought to the Greater Male' Area's bus schedule.
The changes were brought to the bus service schedules for the routes West Park to Hulhumale' Phase I, and Carnival to Hulhumale' Phase I. In this regard, buses will be operated until 0015 hrs, allowing passengers who work until midnight to catch a later bus.
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has also increased the frequency of buses between Hulhumale' Phase II and Velana Internation Airport (VIA), from every hour to every thirty minutes. The change will make travel much more accessible for those who want to travel to the airport for various purposes, said MTCC.
MTCC added 15 more double-deck buses to its fleet last month to improve the quality of bus services in the city. With these buses, MTCC now has 46 buses to serve the Greater Male' Area.
