Police arrest 12 people on drug charges
The police on Friday arrested twelve people on drug charges.
Police said the suspects were arrested in an operation conducted in Male' and Hulhumale'. They include four women and eight men, some of whom are public figures. Police are charging the arrested with drug possession and use.
The operation was conducted as part of the police's ongoing anti-drug operations.
