The Bangladesh government has decided to facilitate long-term visas for Maldives students.
Previously, students and interns in Bangladesh had to renew their visas every year., and faced many difficulties in obtaining visas. However, with the decision of the Bangladesh government, students will be able to get a visa for the duration of the course without any further hassle in obtaining a visa.
The decision will provide long-term visas to Maldivian students studying in Bangladesh and completing internships in universities and colleges recognized by the country's government to stay in the country for the duration of their courses. The arrangement will bring relief to Maldivian students already studying in Bangladesh and those who intend to study and complete internships in the country in the future.
The Bangladesh government has decided to issue long-term visas to Maldivian students after discussions between the two countries' officials.
