A young man who was seriously injured in an accident in Hulhumale Phase II has died nine days after the accident.
The accident occurred when a pickup truck collided with a motorcycle on Nirolhu Magu. The deceased was identified as Ahmed Zain, 20, the driver of the motorcycle.
Zain was initially treated at the Hulhumale' Hospital. He passed away last night while on ventilator support at IGMH in Male'.
