The foundation stone has been laid for the construction of a 30-bed hospital in Noonu Kendhikulhudhoo.
The construction of a 30-bed hospital in Kendhikulhudhoo is a presidential pledge of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih. The project was contracted to Sas-E Construction earlier in February this year.
The project's practical work was inaugurated by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih at a special ceremony held at Kendhikulhudhoo on Saturday. Speaking at the ceremony, the President expressed his confidence that the contractor would complete the project within the stipulated period.
The project includes the development of a hospital as well as an accommodation block. The project value is MVR 193.9 million.
