Dialysis centers will be established in every atoll, the PPM-PNC presidential candidate, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, has pledged.
Speaking at a campaign event at Baa Kamadhoo on Friday, Muizzu said he would bring transformative changes to the healthcare system. Under this initiative, dialysis centers will be established at the main hospital in each atoll, maintaining the same standard as hospitals in Male', he said.
Dr. Muizzu highlighted the benefits of making dialysis services accessible in every atoll, including increased convenience for patients, reduced costs, and improved service quality.
Dr. Muizzu also pledged to introduce various services currently exclusive to Male' to the atolls.
