97 houses have been damaged in Fuvahmulah City and Addu City due to heavy rain.
Adverse weather conditions affected five islands in Addu City, causing power outages and damage to household items. Among the impacted islands, Feydhoo bore the brunt of the damage, with 60 homes affected by flooding.

The National Disaster Management Center (NDMA) said reported that although some houses were damaged, none required evacuation or humanitarian aid. The NDMA said the relevant agencies have done the necessary work to recede the flood water. Relevant agencies have been actively engaged in implementing measures to mitigate further damage.
The damage caused by the floods is being assessed.
