Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Ahmed Nazim, has departed for China on an official visit to participate in this year’s Global Ocean Development Forum.
The forum will take place on October 24th and 25th. This year's theme of the forum is "Let's See Our Futures -- Promoting Blue Partnership for Growth and Sustainability". The forum is organized annually by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government and China's Ministry of Natural Resources.
Nazim is accompanied by Fisheries Minister Ahmed Shiyam, along with several ministers and MPs.
