Four suspects appeal remand in Nadhaal's case

Four out of the five suspects arrested in Nadhaal's death have appealed their remand. They were arrested on the suspicion that they played a hand in Nadhaal's death, who allegedly fell from the 6th floor of Ma.Beyrumatheege.

Nadhaal, who was 25 years old at the time of his death, was found dead on the side of the road. No arrests were made initially as his death was assumed accidental.

However the police took urine samples of four of the individuals present in the apartment and they tested positive for cannabis. Nadhaal, who died on December 2014 also tested positive for cannabis as the police took a postmortem blood sample.

The court has stamped 15 days for all the five suspects.
