Gulhifalhu Investment Ltd has announced that land from Gulhufalhu will now be leased for businesses and cafe' operation.
An announcement by the company said that potential investors can clarify additional information at the session held next Thursday 2pm at their office. Bids must be submitted at 2pm May 31, 2016.
The announcement said that bids will not be accepted from parties that do not attend the information session and that all bids must be sealed. All bids with incomplete information will not be accepted. Gulhifalhu added that bids will be opened at the presence of the bidders.
