Two have been arrested following a scuffle in Carnival area today around 12:45.
An expatriate worker was attacked and he is presently seeking treatment for his injuries.
Speaking to Avas, Police media official confirmed that two had been arrested and both were local men. As the case was under investigation, Police had declined to offer additional information.
