Former Dhiggaru Constituency MP Ahmed Nazim, currently serving a life sentence, has filed suit against Vilufushi Constituency MP Riyaz Rasheed, claiming unpaid rent.
The case filed in Civil Court said that MP Riyaz had failed to pay rent from 2011 to last year June for two apartments in fifth floor of M. Niyandhuruge, his residence.
The dispute stage of the case had failed to reach an agreement. Civil Court has said the first hearing of the case will be held at 10:15 am tomorrow.
