Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has held sessions for teachers of Thinadhoo school under the "Integrity for Teachers" program. The program aims to inculcate integrity among school students.
ACC said the program was run as part of the "Finance and Accounting Training" Program carried out by Ministry of Education for finance section personnel in GDh and GA schools. Forty-two employees from the schools in the two atolls attended the workshop.
Thirty-seven employees from Thinadhoo completed the Integrity for Teachers program. ACC said the program taught teachers on how to foster integrity among students and their role in creating such a culture.
Additionally ACC also conducted sessions on academic integrity for Thinadhoo school students. Ninety-nine students attended the session held yesterday.
