In the session held to read the summary charges, the three had noted one particular aspect. They all said that they had acted on the orders issued by their superiors and that there were no set procedures for them to follow in such cases. They also said the state had not been able to prove their case.

The state said that the three had not followed the general procedures set and even though special set procedures to follow in such cases, the general procedures must be applied and implemented. As such, the state said that the three had been guilty of that charge.
