Bank of Maldives (BML) has closed the self service ATMs located near Finance Ministry for the duration of the construction of the new building for the Ministry.
BML today said the ATMs will be closed from 10:00 onward, adding that other ATMs will be in operation.
The self service ATMs were opened near the Ministry mid of last year. The area housed four ATMs.
The 25 story building for the Ministry will cost MVR 1.8 billion. Construction is scheduled to begin soon.
