Ooredoo Maldives Thursday established an enterprise support center to link customers with technical staff in reclaimed suburb Hulhumale. The center has also launched a support headline, that will be available 24/7.
The center opened in the Ooredoo office at Hulhumale would manage Ooredoo businesses, and will provide support for businesses relying on digital technology.
Screens have been set up at the center to showcase data on customer internet speeds along with Maldivian data traffic. The systems would provide much needed aid in observing the changes in the networks of various areas, and an Ooredoo team will be dispatched once the problem has been identified.
Head of Ooredoo Sales, Hussein Niyaz stated that it was of the utmost importance to Ooredoo to keep customer service employees and a team of technical staff to provide customers aid at any time they may need it.
"We discussed with companies that manage resorts. We received very positive feedback regarding this endeavor. While looking at the services we provide, we have established nationwide submarine cables across the Maldives. So we will try our best to develop our support network and to set up a higher class of service," Niyaz said.
The Ooredoo support center will house engineers and customer support staff who will also provide aid through phone calls. Employees will work to fix problems brought directly to the center in the shortest duration possible.
