Police on Monday arrested another suspect in connection to the murder of a Bangladeshi expat in Laamu Atoll Fonadhoo.
Police spokesperson revealed that the 24-year-old Bangladeshi man was arrested on Sunday and has remanded for 15 days.
Police had earlier arrested three Bangladeshis, two of 35 years and one of 27 in connection to the murder. They have all been remanded for 15 days.
Police officers of serious and organised crimes are still working in Fnnadhoo for further investigation of the case.
The 27-year-old expat was found on the Fonadhoo beach on Thursday afternoon.
