Bank of Maldives (BML) has introduced ATM services in Baa Atoll Dharavandhoo island.
An event was held to officially launch the service in Dharavandhoo.
Speaking at the ceremony, BML Deputy CEO and Director of Operations, Mohamed Shareef stated that he was pleased to be able to launch a service which would benefit the businesses and people of Dharavandhoo, adding that the achievement marked a landmark in BML's investment program.
BML said that the ATM service was launched in Dharavandhoo to further the investments BML is currently making in the Atoll. BML also added that the initiative would fall under the overall MVR300 million investment plan BML has launched for this year.
BML has 34 branches in 20 atolls of the Maldives, with 84 ATM's, 26 self service banking centers along with a state of the art online banking service.
