Maldives Travel Fair kicks off on Wednesday hosted by AirAsia in collaboration with All H Maldives and Gateaways, at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia.
The two-day long fair would be hosted on Wednesday and Thursday between 10:00hrs and 20:00hrs. Local participants include Adaaran Resort, Villa Hotels, Plumeria Hotels as well as Serene Sky Thoddoo along with Jupiter Sunrise Lodge, Shallow Lagoon Rasdhoo, UI Hotels, Crystal Sands Maafushi and Local Island in Hanimaadhoo.
AirAsia aims to sway off the prejudice about Maldives being a luxurious destination exclusive to only to the wealthy and rich and advertise the famed tourist-laden nation as a destination for everyone.
In order to push the concept further, Maldives Travel Fair has introduced a special package priced at USD 225 granting stay of three nights for two person and a promotional package for two people granting stay of four nights at USD 285.
Bookings for these promotional packages would get due on Thursday night while travel under the packages will commence on March 1, 2018 lasting till November 21 of the same year.
