Former Presidents Maumoon Abdul Gayoom and Mohamed Nasheed has filed for the impeachment of incumbent head of state Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom at Maldives Supreme Court.
Others included in the list of prominent members who filed corruption and theft case of President Yameen Abdul Gayoom at top court had included, Jumhooree Party leader Qasim Ibrahim along with Ustad Ali Zahir.
The self exiled former President confirmed the news through Twitter on Sunday afternoon.
