Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is set to attract global investors for Hulhumale' which is being developed as a smart city.
The corporation aims to achieve global investors willing to spend for the development of the satellite town. Though HDC had initiated the development of Hulhumale' as a modern city the corporation had not specifically attempted to attract foreign parties to invest in the city's developmental projects before.
However HDC had promoted Hulhumale' between investors and real estate corporations globally recognized at the biggest property market exhibition which took place from Marc 13 to 16 at Cannes, France.
The corporation aims to bring the city to international recognition in order to attract property developers and investors through such global conventions - in hopes boosting the transition of the modernization of the town.
HDC had also promoted the satellite town at Dubai's Gulf Real Estate Award where the developmental project of Hulhumale' was awarded second place under "Best Building and Construction Project."
The corporation responsible with the development of the capital's sister town admits that it hopes to gain further outreach in terms of investors to the project.
