Best-Buy Maldives (BBM) recently has introduced Belgium's famous chocolate brand Veliche.
"Veliche is regarded among the top chocolate brand in the world by many, and it has garnered quite the response and love from thousands and thousands of people across the globe," Ali Afrah Hassan, BBM head of marketing exclaimed.
A special introductory event was held on Monday at Hulhule' Island Hotel (HIH).
As part of the chocolate's introduction to Maldives three star Michelin Chef, Bruno Menard delivered dishes made out of Veliche chocolate at the event.
BBM's head of marketing explained the company's decision in roping in Menard to take part in the introductory event; stating they aimed to show the cuisine possibilities.
A delegation of 50 of the top chefs across Maldives attended the event as well.
The Veliche Group senior sales manager Eric Gagnon assured the chocolate brand was of top quality.
BBM has established itself as one of the largest wholesale and retail company in the Maldives with a wide range of brands under one roof. BBM also remains as one of the few companies who take the ownership of imparting knowledge to the hospitality industry in the Maldives.
