Largest telecommunication provider in Maldives Dhiraagu has introduced a new mobile-data package on Saturday dubbed 'Elections Pack.'
Dhiraagu on Saturday explained the data package was introduced as a means to place convenience on its customer base to check the latest updates on presidential elections that go on the 'floors' on Sunday morning.
Customers with Dhiraagu's Post-Paid and their new Pre-Paid plan will be able to subscribe for the 'Elections Pack' with a simple SMS. The telecom provider charges MVR225 (USD14.60) on the package that comes with 10GB of data.
To subscribe for the special data package customers can send a simple text message with the following "ADD (space) E10GB" to 343. The package is effective until September 24 while it lasts for a five day period after activation.
