The telecommunication service provider Dhiraagu has initiated a promotion that offers chances to win free 5GB data for customers who communicate using emoji.
The promotion has been launched on the occasion of the World Emoji Day. Customers who wish to join the promotion have to describe their best friend using three emoji. Winners will be selected after taking a draw among the participants. Each person [the winner and his/her best friend] will get 5GB free data.
The opportunity has been opened for Dhiraagu customers until 00:00 hours tonight.
Emoji is a message expressed in pictures on social media apps, which have become quite popular among the users of such apps. Japanese artist Shigetaka Kurita introduced the first emoji in 1998.
