President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has met with the senior officials of Maldives Police Services (MPS).
President Solih was accompanied by Home Minister Sheikh Imran Abdulla during Tuesday's meeting. Heads of several police departments were present at the high-level discussion.
In a recent similar meeting with the police, President Solih noted the need to enhance the size of the police force, and pledged to establish a police station in all inhabited islands of the archipelago.
