Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid has departed to Germany on an official call.
During his visit, Minister Shahid will be taking part in an international conference on energy.
Foreign Ministry revealed the Minister is representing Maldives at the 5th 'Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue' held from 9-10 April. Important discussions on the production of environmentally-safe energy will take place during the conference, informed the Ministry.
Minister Shahid will address at the discussion panel on renewable energy, and will be calling on his German counterpart, Foreigner Heiko Maas to discuss on ways to strengthen bi-lateral relations between both countries.
