President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has visited Miladhoo island of Noonu atoll as part of his ongoing visit to the atoll.
President Solih was welcomed warmly upon his arrival, and he unveiled a monument commemorating the Golden Jubilee of Hidaya School, informed the President's Office. The President is scheduled to make remarks at the special event to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Hidaya School later today.
President's Office revealed that President Solih will meet with council members and senior institutional representatives from Miladhoo island during the trip. He is also scheduled for discussions with the Magoodhoo Council later today.
The second leg of the President's trip to Noonu Atoll is to Kudafaree Island, where he is scheduled to meet with council members and senior institutional representatives from Miladhoo Island and the Atoll Council of Miladhunmadulu Dhekunuburi later today.
The President’s will also be joining the celebrations planned for the Golden Jubilee of Kudafaree School.
