A Maldivian man passed away while snorkelling in Aa. Madivaru.
According to the police they received a report of a 23-year-old man who passed away while snorkelling in the outer lagoon area of Aa. Madivaru. The man was already dead when he was taken to the hospital. The authorities identified him as Abdulla Azwan from R.Meedhoo who was an employee of Aa. Rasdhoo Dive Centre.
The police did not disclose any further information about the incident. However, stated they are investigating the matter.
