Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has stated the company’s customer service center will be open on April 6 and 8.
A news statement issued by the company said although government offices are closed as a precautionary measure against COVID-19, the company will open its customer service center to provide some services to its customers on Monday and Wednesday.
The company said the customers who wish to pay using cheques can do so at the customer service center on the specified days. Furthermore, it will receive letters, invoices, other documents, and the company will release payment from the reception during those two days. The services will also be available from the customer centers in the atolls as well.
The customer service center will be open from 0900 to 1200 hrs.
