Two people have been arrested in Sh. Feevah over an assault.
Police said a group had forcefully entered and disrupted a task force meeting ongoing at the island's school on Monday night. While physical altercations had taken place during the confrontation, the group had obstructed the police in carrying out their duty.
A 25 year old was arrested the same night, and a 28-year old was also arrested under a court order. The younger man has been remanded to 7 days in custody, the latter for 5 days.
The police did not give further details on the matter, and said investigation is currently ongoing.
